Memberships are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable!!! FREEZE POLICY As a member, you may place a hold ("freeze") on your membership for SEVEN days or longer. You must give us the starting and ending date of your freeze BEFORE YOU LEAVE. We are UNABLE to honor a freeze after the fact. IMPORTANT Unless it is an emergency, please DO NOT call freezes in over the phone.
