Freeze Policy

As a member, you may place a hold ("freeze") on your membership for SEVEN days or longer.

You must give us the starting and ending date of your freeze BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

We are UNABLE to honor a freeze after the fact.

Important

Unless it is an emergency, please DO NOT call freezes in over the phone. Please remember, we are the only fitness center in the Rochester Area offering this policy.  We want to keep it; however, your cooperation is needed and appreciated.
